FCAT Testing-Bring it On!
Our dedicated teachers and hardworking students are going to get a chance to show off their learning accomplishments in February and April. We are entering the FCAT testing season. Fourth graders will be tested on the Florida Writes assessment on February 28, with make-up testing on February 29 and March 1. April 16-27, the third, fourth and fifth graders will be testing for learning gains in science (fifth grade only), reading and math. On testing days our campus will be closed to volunteers and student lunch dates to insure there will be minimal disturbances for students. Please make sure if your student is testing that they have the tools they need, which are a good night’s sleep, breakfast and a calm morning.
